Are you someone with extensive shared service centre experience who enjoys transformation and change projects more than the BAU that’s left behind after you’ve made a massive impact?
You’ll be someone who loves managing and delivering positive change – this is a 12 month project – embed and ensure excellence, ensure bullet proof systems and processes, work with internal and external stakeholders / consultants, ensure everything is world class – and then knowledge transfer the BAU and hand it all over in lovely shape
It will be a rewarding and challenging project for someone who enjoys the cut and thrust of a modern SSC environment.
You’ll be ensuring that efforts and activities are pointed in the right direction and that the metrics set (and monitoring) are evidence of excellence. 
You’ll be a natural coach – someone who enjoys building high performance teams and bringing out the very best in the people around you. This is a highly visible and key role within the project.
Hybrid working with 3 days per week in Nottinghamshire.
Naturally proactive problem solver with extensive experience of delivering change within a financial shared service centre.
Experience of building teams and enhancing performance.
