As a HR Administrator you will provide comprehensive administration and HR support to the business across all aspects of human resources, including assisting with recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances, payroll, compiling and maintaining records, etc. If you were already in this HR Administrator position, here are some areas you could have been working in this week:

Supporting the HR Manager with all HR-related queries
Implementing, controlling, maintaining, and improving essential HR administrative processes to ensure all 'business as usual' activity is accurate and delivered on time
Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
To apply for this HR Administrator role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

At least 2 years in an HR administration role
Experience working in a busy office environment
Payroll experience
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
