As a Product Owner, reporting directly to the Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions for our clients in the financial industry. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and end-users to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure product roadmap and vision are communicated to the development team
Create, maintain, and help prioritize user stories in the product backlog to help shape the Product Roadmap in partnership with Product Management
Possess high level technical understanding of the components , API, data, systems and services and inter- dependencies that make up the product
Evaluate and plan for project level risks through the creation of key milestones, and monitoring of progress.
Assist with deployments and production support issues
Act as primary liaison between development, stakeholders, and operations
Take part in scrum events including daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and sprint planning.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business or similar, is preferred
~2+ years’ of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
~ Exposure and/or experience utilizing SDLC and Agile methodologies for delivering projects is ideal, but not necessary
~ Prior experience leading collaboration across teams spanning Development, Marketing, Support/Services and Sales
