As a Quality Assurance Officer, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations. Working independently, you’ll review accounts, listen to calls, and provide insightful feedback. Your mission is to enhance quality, identify risks, and celebrate excellence. You'll conduct quality monitoring checks and root cause analyses across Customer Services, Collections, Complaints, and Operational Assurance. Your feedback will drive improvements, reduce friction, and eliminate risk areas. You'll ensure our quality findings are consistent, clear, and constructive, meticulously documenting and escalating your findings using relevant systems and forms.

Experience: Proven QA monitoring experience in the finance industry (essential)
