Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Executive Search

Salary: Competitive basic salary & an un-capped commission structure + company benefits.

We are a business that only hires graduates and young professionals who are looking to begin a successful career in recruitment. This position is a sales and business development role which gives you the opportunity to be client facing in the global corporate world.

Competitive base salary and uncapped commission scheme which is among the best in the industry. Fast progression - average time to management is circa 1 year A fun, high energy but professional office environment where you are surrounded by like-minded individuals.

Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy
