The Role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks' success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This includes offering prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

The Barista is responsible for acting as an ambassador for Starbucks' guiding principles, culture, and values. This involves embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.

3. Discovering and responding to customers' needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience
4. Following Starbucks' operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security, and health and safety
