The mission of the Careers and Entrepreneurship Team at the University of Sussex is to enable all of our students, whatever their background and circumstances, to develop the skills, experience and connections they need to find their place in the world on graduation. 
Students apply their academic knowledge to real-world briefs, develop skills, meet employers and complete career management learning. The diverse extra-curricular menu includes an award-winning work experience offer, a series of employer recruitment and networking events, support to find and secure a year-long placement, one-to-one career coaching, access to a vacancies hub, and an end-to-end entrepreneurship programme. Students can access this support from the time they arrive at the University until three years after they graduate. and project work.
