Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary school based in Lambeth, seeking a Reception Teacher who is looking for a new challenge to invigorate the Early Years curriculum across Nursery and Reception. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons in like with EYFS framework, focusing on key areas of learning and development. Working closely with the Nursery Team to ensure a smooth transition for the children moving from Nursery to Reception, and Reception to Year 1. Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages children's curiosity, creativity, and social development. Regularly assess and observe children's progress and tailor teaching approaches to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents and support children's learning both at home and in the school setting. Qualifications and Experience Relevant qualification in Primary Education, EYTS or Early Years with QTS Teaching experience within a Nursery or Primary school. Proven experience planning and delivering lessons. Experience working with staff across all year groups as well as experience managing support staff.
