GSL Education are actively supporting local primary schools in Bournemouth and Christchurch who are in the pursuit of a dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable Day-to-DaySupply Teacher to inspire and support primary school pupils in the absence of their class teacher.
As a Day-to-DaySupply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing support, contributing to the growth and development of pupils. The role involves covering for teachers who are absent, and providing excellent teaching so that pupils continue to flourish and learn in the absence of their class teacher.
While the schools primarily caters to mainstream education, you may be called upon to cover for necessary classrooms where pupils display diverse emotional, behavioural or social difficulties. Therefore, any prior experience or knowledge of SEN is highly desirable. You will work collaboratively with support staff to ensure that pupils are supported, nurtured and inspired.
This position offers a flexible opportunity for candidates seeking supply work, with the potential for a permanent position if desired.
As a Day-to-DaySupply Teacher, you have the flexibility to choose your assignments, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance that suits your needs.

# Relevant teaching qualifications (QTS)
# Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.
# Hold a PGCE /QTS
Be confident within their behaviour management skills and be able to adapt to different school s behaviour policies
