About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Adult Social Care Leadership Team as the Head of Safeguarding, Quality Assurance, and Improvement. In this role, you will ensure the effective operation of our safeguarding and care management systems for adults.
Oversee safeguarding and care management systems, ensuring quality and impactful practice.
Monitor emerging risks and issues, initiating appropriate responses.
Collaborate with operational social care teams to drive quality assurance and improvement across the social care workforce.
Develop and deliver workforce development strategies.
Lead our improvement and innovation journey.
Fulfil the statutory role of Principal Social Worker Adults, supporting the leadership of the Council's Adult Social Work function.
Champion high-quality professional practice and oversee professional development.
Provide responsive professional advice to senior leadership and represent the Council with national and regional professional and regulatory bodies for social work #J-18808-Ljbffr
