Our Rochester office has an interesting opportunity for a Client Liaison Support role on a full time basis. Working closely with the Client Leads, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of client relationships and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities of the Client Liaison Support role will include: Manage daily client accounts inboxes, responding to queries and actioning documents received on behalf of the clients Handle both inward and outward telephone liaison with key client stakeholders including but not limited to customers, suppliers and employees Be responsible for the collation and completion of all client deliverables around deadlines (relevant client specific training will be provided) Complete review of other colleagues' work, and be comfortable to provide feedback (relevant client specific training will be provided) Take ownership of your client portfolio and be a trusted representative of TC Kent to the client About You We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 Customer service experience desirable Fast learner with keen ability to take notes and take ownership of tasks Good communication and organisation skills Professional telephone and email manner Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Motivated team player with attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines Full benefits available for the Client Liaison Support: pension scheme group life assurance x 4 salary significant long service awards after 5 years' service - holiday increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a total of 30 days annual leave) opportunity to purchase additional holiday days hybrid working following probation birthday day off social functions and events access to our employee benefits portal – cashback and vouchers on everyday purchases employee Assistance Programme regular training and development - continuous development and support not only for your professional qualifications but also for your personal goals and aspirations About Us TC Group is growing and changing at quite a pace We're an ambitious group of people with the same aim – to create a consistent, high-quality experience for our clients.
