As a Visual Merchandising Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the senior team with the visual merchandising of the boohooMAN websites. You will be working closely with the wider ecommerce team to ensure boohooMAN’s visual standards across all sites are maintained. Alongside this you will perform daily analysis across all categories and ensure we are showcasing our products in the right place and at the right time. Working at speed and with attention to detail is a must-have within this role- the digital world never stops.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the wider ecommerce team you will ensure product is present is the best possible way to maximise site conversion and revenue.
  • Make the customer journey to locate their desired product simplistic.
  • Ensuring that the customer can use filtering to narrow down their search.
  • Use analytics to understand how to make improvements to the site.
  • Assisting the Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager in understanding our customers search behaviour and making amendments where necessary.
  • Responsible for product trading of our onsite categories by ensuring products are merchandised to meet our visual merchandising strategy.
  • Using reporting to understand key themes and trends within a category and promotion is required daily.
  • You will also use numerous metrics to analyse and understand how our customers behave and engage in different markets and relate this back to the product catalogue.

MORE ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a similar ecommerce or retail role preferred.
  • Experience using analytical tools, desired but not essential.
  • Both creative and analytical- you will need to be able to tap into a strong trend awareness, as well as the ability to analyse key data across the site.
  • Highly organised individual, who is passionate about the attention to detail.
  • You’re a relationship builder and find communication across various level of seniority easy to adapt.
