Your role at Charlotte Tilbury is to drive overall performance across our Fragrance Category. You will ensure the extended team are continuously upskilled in the Fragrance franchise providing expert services that immerse customers further into the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Brand. As a Fragrance Specialist you will Lead the Fragrance Category within your flagship account:

Proactively contribute to the brands growth within the Fragrance market, being the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury Fragrance ambassador.
To pro - actively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (AUS)
Play an integral part in building Charlotte Tilbury Clientelling through book backs and data capture.
Target-focused and results-driven through strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to build capability to drive growth.
