As a Senior Recruiter, you proudly represent Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our vast portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. You will lead all aspects of the delivery throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle in individual assignments and larger-scale recruitment projects. You will drive quality outcomes by partnering closely with your hiring managers, our teams, and HR Business Partners across the business to ensure efficient and effective hiring project delivery.

What you'll be doing
  • Drive recruiting activities through to successful hire with a strong focus on direct candidate identification, creative sourcing of talent, and effective business partnering.

  • Responsible for collaborating with Hiring Managers to build impactful advertising, driving social media engagement, high-quality and diverse talent identification, headhunting, and proactive solicitation of referrals

  • Accountable for effective use of recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage internal and external talent and provide input into future attraction strategies

  • Responsible for aligning with your business area(s) / function(s) to identify critical and repeatable roles to drive the talent pipelining strategy

  • Attend marketing or industry events, as required

  • Coach candidates on how to effectively prepare for selection stages and provide feedback in a timely manner (in accordance with local legislation and recruitment best practices)

  • Lead continuous improvement projects

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling organization - preferably within healthcare, medtech or pharmaceutical sector

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals in a highly competitive market

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal

  • Ability to thrive in a data and metrics-driven environment

  • Consultative communication skills while working with internal and external partners at all levels of an organization

  • A positive and team-oriented approach to your work

  • Capability using and optimizing recruiting technologies (ATS Workday experience would be advantageous and CRMs), direct sourcing tools and techniques
