Job Description
- Supervise the daily PNL production and explain process.
- Manage the risk and control environment to ensure accuracy of reported PNL.
- Facilitate the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with front office teams to support business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify and resolve PNL discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PNL Production and Explain AVP should have:
- A strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in PNL production and explain in the Financial Services sector.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of financial products and markets.
- Strong competency in risk and control management.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
