There are several Hotel and Rail Consultant roles available in our Bradford office. Set in a dynamic and supportive working environment, this role is the perfect first step for a career in Corporate Travel. With a motivated team, you will provide customer service to CTM users via phone and email.

Note that these roles is office based, our office is conveniently located close to Bradford Interchange station. To be successful you need to enjoy working in a busy environment, picking up the phone and answering emails to help clients with their travel needs.

Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers and suppliers. Provide guidance and support to clients, using a variety of communication methods to enable the smooth running of day to day operations within the department.

Offer exemplary customer service to clients and suppliers at all times across all methods of communication
Provide guidance on using CTM online booking tools to clients, while ensuring adherence to organisational travel policies as well as CTM best practice and procedures. Show willingness to provide shift cover as and when appropriate

Checking the quality of your work against current procedures, asking for guidance and advice where necessary
Understand telephone queries and assist to resolve in a polite and efficient manner. Embrace CTM’s core values of Exceed to Service, Innovate to Generate, Trust to Succeed, Empowered to Achieve, Collaborate to Perform, Recognize to Reward, Play to Win.
· Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
