The Role Scope

Agile Process - Implement Project Management /Best Practices, organise Scrum coach events

Collaborate with other Agile Delivery Managers to improve efficiencies

Implement changes and steps to increase the teams productivity

Scrum Process - Facilitate the scrum process, removing blockers and optimising scrum backlog.

People Management - Manage the Software Development team , including 1:1s, objective setting, performance and resource management

Continuous improvement of delivery processes

Mentor and coach team members in the SDLC and best practices, code review etc.

Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure alignment and coordination of delivery efforts

Ensuring timely and quality delivery of software products

About You

Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies and scrum practices

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and optimise delivery process

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to mentor and coach team members

Commitment to delivering high quality software products in a timely manner

Previous line management experience of Software Development /QA Resources

Nice to haves

Previous interview experience of Software Development/QA resources

Atlassian Toolkit (Jira/Confluence)

Scrum Master certifications

Digital retail experience.
