This ranked, international law firm, founded over 100 years ago, has 170+ partners worldwide across. They are one of the few international law firms focused on successful individuals and private wealth, working closely with founders, investors and family offices. They advise governments, charities, global brands and start-ups of all shapes and sizes.

The firm’s global Employment team advise both employers and employees in a diverse group of clients in sectors ranging from charity to motorsports. The team are recognised for their work with top-tier executives across a wide range of sectors including services, advertising, fashion, sport and charities. The firm is highly recommended for high level employment contractual negotiations, post termination restrictions enforcement and defence of tribunals claims.

The team have long-standing relationships with many well-known national and global employers. With offices around the world, the firm are well-placed to help both senior executives and employers with cross-border matters.

As part of the you will be advising a variety of clients (employers and employees) on both contentious and non-contentious employment law, including: discrimination; restrictive covenants; HR advisory; TUPE; unfair dismissal; redundancies; settlement agreements; data theft, the misappropriation of confidential information, the employment aspects of corporate transactions and other contractual issues. Alongside day-to-day advisory work, there will be the opportunity to advise on litigious matters in the Employment Tribunal, High Court and appellate courts.

The successful candidate can expect to work across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law, working alongside the team Partners and Associates.

Applicants should be between 1-3 PQE with experience gained at a highly regarded Employment practice. You will have solid transactional, advisory and litigation experience, and experience of representing both corporates and individuals.
