Job Description

Our client, a leading UK-based consultancy firm specialising in strategic planning and performance management, is seeking an experienced Anaplan Consultant to join their dynamic team. This consultancy prides itself on delivering bespoke solutions to a diverse range of clients across the Financial and Professional services sectors, helping them achieve their financial and operational goals through cutting-edge technology and expert advice.

Role Overview:

As an Anaplan Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, development, model building and implementation of Anaplan solutions for their clients. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business needs, translate these into technical requirements and deliver robust Anaplan models that drive efficiency and decision-making. Your expertise will help clients optimise their planning processes and achieve better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements
  • Design and build customised Anaplan models to meet client needs
  • Provide input on best practice for Anaplan implementation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Anaplan models
  • Support ongoing Anaplan model maintenance and enhancements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and industry trends
  • Attend client site as part of the role when required to on project

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Anaplan Consultant or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the Anaplan platform and its capabilities
  • Proficient in model building, optimisation, and data integration within Anaplan
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with clients in various industries and use cases is a plus
  • A relevant Anaplan certification is highly desirable
