Our client, a leader in the Construction industry is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will provide transactional support to various companies within the Group. THE ROLE: Matching and processing of purchase invoices Key account handling Payment of suppliers Sub-contractor invoice processing and payment Supplier statement reconciliation Dealing with suppliers and resolving queries Dealing with site/purchasing to resolve queries. Maintenance of subcontractor database Internal Invoice Processing Daily Bank Reconciliations Credit Card Reconciliations Month End reports CIS Processing Fuel records Reconciling Intercompany both Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger Credit control. Purchase ledger retention & reconciliation. Weekly Job Costings THE CANDIDATE: You will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a busy team. You will take a pro active approach to your work and be able to prioritise your tasks throughout the day/week/month.
