Asset Integration forms part of the airports’ handover process. The role requires a specialised technical and administrative skillset, including knowledge of Vanderlande product, customer asset processes and tooling and operation and maintenance requirements.
Getting things right, attention to detail, ensuring quality and standards are met and reducing error to a minimum are important factors in this position. P r o v i d i ng d o c u m e n t c o n tr o l and asset integration support f or APS UK pro j e c ts
Managing the asset integration process in client’s databases and generating relevant deliverables
Liaising with the client’s asset integration team to ensure smooth asset and document handover
Understanding the connection between physical assets and technical documentation, asset integration and its relation to post-project activities (e.g. maintenance planning and scheduling, spare parts management)

Working in partnership with the client to ensure compliance with their information and asset integration requirements and that newly installed systems are operable and maintainable
Supporting project teams in maintaining project generated and system related records and organising & facilitating consolidation of records and archiving for future reference

Liaising with project teams, Vanderlande internal as well as suppliers and subcontractors, to understand scope and phasing of information management and asset integration requirements
Actively contributing to continuously improving information management and asset integration tools and processes
P r o v i d ing f i rs t l i ne s u p p o r t t o APS UK branch team members i n t h e u s e of information management t o o l i n g
Promoting the role of asset integration in project delivery and soliciting support from responsible teams to ensure success and timely delivery
Ensuring that project documentation is fit for purpose and conforms to all contractual, legal and statutory regulations, such as CE and CDM
Ensuring that assets are integrated in client’s databases, with all relevant information available to the client
Previous experience in asset integration related activities is essential
Previous experience in information management / document control / information management tooling is desirable
