As the HR Generalist, you will be the driving force behind yhe people-centric approach. Your role is pivotal in shaping company culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering employee growth and development. You'll be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR functions within our blue-collar organization.Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes. Ensure fair and competitive compensation packages for our workforce.

* Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and job satisfaction. Identify development needs and create learning opportunities.

* Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, safety training, and accident prevention measures.

* Performance Appraisals: Oversee performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and goal-setting processes. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires. Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in strategic planning for staffing, including conducting interviews and hiring personnel.

* Performance Management: Experience in managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract the right talent.

* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive HR programs, including performance reviews, talent development, and HR policies.
