I am delighted to be actively recruiting for a highly reputable Architectural practice with close to 40 years of delivering expert designs across a diverse portfolio of projects in sectors such as healthcare, residential, education and heritage. Their exciting projects range in scale from bespoke, luxury residential to large scale developments. The successful Architectural Technician will have substantial post qualification experience with confident abilities using both Revit and AutoCAD and strong awareness of the design process.

Proven experience working on residential projects
* Capable at liaising confidently with clients, contractors and other professionals
* Ability to produce high quality tender and construction packages
* Comprehensive knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Well versed in Revit and AutoCAD
* Be local to the Guildford area
