Job Description
As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the housing team.
- Manage and organise housing-related documents and files.
- Support residents with any queries or questions
- Prepare correspondence and reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with housing regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Administrator' should have:
- A strong background in administration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
What's on Offer
- An estimated hourly salary of £13 - £14 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
- Potential to go permanent
