I am working with a leading force in providing high-quality social housing solutions. Committed to excellence and innovation, we are looking for a dynamic CDM Advisor to enhance our commitment to safety and compliance.
Job Description
- Work closely with project teams, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with CDM regulations throughout the project life cycle.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on design and construction phases to minimise health and safety risks.
- Oversee the development and implementation of robust health and safety plans, ensuring they align with CDM regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and site teams, fostering a safety-first culture.
- Regularly review and update CDM documentation to reflect project changes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with external consultants and regulatory bodies to stay informed about industry best practices and evolving CDM regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a CDM Advisor within the social housing or construction sector.
- In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations and relevant health and safety legislation.
- NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
