Senior Environmental & Sustainability Manager
This role with our environmental client is for a Senior Environmental & Sustainability Manager located in London.
Establish and provide Leadership in best practice in environmental and sustainability matters in conjunction with the SHESQ function.
# Take a lead with site management teams to ensure compliance with all requirements stipulated in the environmental and sustainability plans.
# Lead, partake and oversee accident/incident investigations in accordance with the Company procedure and, analysing all data, making recommendations to avoid any reoccurrences.
# Manage, collate & review environmental and sustainability statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
# Develop and implement environmental and sustainability campaigns and improvement plans in agreement with the Operations Director/SHES Director.
# Manage and where required be involved in the preparation & review of environmental and sustainability documents including those of 3rd parties.
# Manage and produce environmental and sustainability plans, procedures and associated documentation and check compliance.
# Identify significant environmental and sustainability issues and help set-up contracts/yards to include appropriate controls.
# Manage and Identify any environmental and sustainability consents/permits or exemptions that are required and ensure they are obtained.
# Providing input and review of pre-qualification, tender and environmental and sustainability award submissions.
