Job Description

Are you a seasoned recruitment leader ready to ditch the constraints of a large corporation and drive the success of your own venture? CircleSquare is seeking a Director or Partner to propel our next phase of growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Spearheading business development plans to expand our client base
  • Cultivating and managing key client relationships
  • Assisting the other Partner with candidate engagement at pivotal steps in the recruitment process.
  • Actively participating in shaping the company's overall strategic direction

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 8+ years in a leadership role within a recruitment agency ideally with a focus in the financial services sectors Bonus would be M&A or Private Equity
  • Proven track record in building and managing client portfolios, demonstrating tangible results.
  • Solid candidate placement record
  • A strategic mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
