Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
We are looking for an individual experienced in reactive drainage who can support the Branch Manager and Director with the day to day operations of the Franchise. This is perfect for anyone who is currently or has previously worked in domestic & commercial reactive drainage, who is looking for more of an office-based role.

The role is a supervisory role overseeing the engineering team and the day to day running of the drainage business.

You will be the ‘go to’ person for any escalations, technical issues, project plans and larger scale works. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
Planning in large scale works
Validating CCTV surveys and producing reports
Good experience in domestic and commercial drainage (blockages and CCTV surveys)
Good knowledge/experience of drainage civils works is preferable
Good telephone manner and computer literate
Willingness to complete SSSTS course, and possibly SMSTS
Driving license
