Permanent Primary Model Teacher for Alternative Provision
Hours: Full Time - 5 days
About the school:

Simply Education is currently working in partnership with an alternative provision based in Chadderton looking for a Primary model Teacher. This is a new setting which provides bespoke learning opportunities for young people aged 11-16 with additional needs who have previously experienced trauma or had a bad experience of school.

The School has a gym, large industrial kitchen for food technology, Astroturf football pitch, a hair and beauty studio and other great facilities for vocational studies. Students have academic studies in the mornings and vocational studies in the evening.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality bespoke Maths, English, Science, PSHE and other lessons to students in Y7 and Y8. The role will included delivering some creative art lessons in the afternoons several times a week.

Due to the nature of the role, QTS and prior experience teaching is essential. The ideal Teacher would be able to commit to a full-time role Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4pm as students receiving consistency is vital. 2 wellbeing days per year are provided as well as having your birthday off each year paid too

To deliver high-quality bespoke Maths, English, Science, PSHE and other lessons to students in Y7 and Y8

- To prepare the students for life beyond school.

Knowledge and experience teaching a Primary model.

- Driving license and access to own transport is essential
