Testing & QA Manager | Up to £90,000 + 15% Bonus (Stockport - 2/3 Days per Week)
Tech stack – D365, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, UAT, Agile
Here at BurnsSheehan, we are working with a one of the UK’s leading providers of industrial and logistics warehousing, serving over 2,000 customers. Working underneath a World Leading Investment Management Company receiving revenue over $7 Billion per year, they have combined two major industry players to offer cutting-edge, fully digitized solutions for businesses across the UK.
As part of their ongoing commitment to technological innovation, they are looking for a Testing & QA Manager to take ownership of quality assurance, testing strategies, and improvements to applications across their technology stack, which includes D365, M365, and Azure . The role offers the chance to work within an evolving tech team and grow with the company as its technology and data capabilities expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across the technology stack (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, etc.).
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and scripts based on business requirements.
- Manage regression testing and UAT activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Triage and manage bugs, troubleshooting issues related to system functionality and integrations.
- Plan and manage testing resources across multiple teams and projects.
- Support DevOps testing plans, training users on processes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to define testing objectives and timelines.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience delivering projects from concept through to completion.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance projects and Azure DevOps .
- Experience working within PaaS architectures such as Dynamics 365 or (Salesforce, SAP)
- Agile delivery experience with a track record of successfully managing projects in fast-paced environments.
Desirable Experience:
- Background in the property industry or finance sectors.
- Experience with Azure/Power BI project delivery.
