Falcon Green have partnered with a leading Engineering contractor that is focused on delivering complex industrial projects in the life sciences sector and data centre sector across Ireland, UK and Mainland Europe. Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their team for a large-scale data centre project in West London
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Electrical Construction Manager to transfer into a booming sector and will continue to do so over the coming years. The data centre sector is the fastest growing sector in construction and the need for its infrastructure will continue to grow for many years to come, as will the need for data centre talent.
This role also provides a great opportunity to take the next step in your career towards project management, with a company that is renowned for the training and retention of its staff.
Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities:
* Management of Site QA, specifically with regards to the Electrical package including setting up, management and closeout of file
* Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Project team, consulting Engineer and Client requirements.
* Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minute meeting with sub-contractor
* Knowledge of all electrical systems in commercial settings
* Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally.
* Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
Electrical Construction Manager Experience:
* Previous Commercial and Install experience
* Degree Qualified that is related to the Electrical Engineering field
