We have a super rare opportunity coming up in Exeter for an experienced lettings professional seeking a potential partnership opportunity

 
Our client is a highly successful estate agent with two offices in the Exeter & surrounding areas. They are looking to set up a lettings department and are seeking the right person to join them on their lettings journey. Obviously ARLA would be an advantage but an excellent knowledge of lettings legislation is essential so recent experience of working in lettings and property management for at least 4 years would be required. Experience in doing a cold start would also be highly desirable although not essential. This role could be employed or a partnership depending on the person but they very much want this to be a long term role where someone is part of the business.

 
They are also interested in buying an existing lettings portfolio if anyone is seeking a sale of theirs.

 
Skills & Experience Desired:

 
·At least four years lettings and property management experience at a senior level
·ARLA qualification
·Experienced in all aspects of lettings and property management
·Excellent admin & IT skills
·Experience in using lettings software
·Own car
·Looking for a long term role
·Experience of growing a business or doing a cold start
