An established business with operations across the UK has a brand-new requirement for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join them on a permanent basis. This is an important role for the position, focusing on the ongoing development of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform across the business.

The successful Dynamics 365 Developer will have the following responsibilities:

Developing configurations to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, aiming to use out of the box functionality if possible

Working across the full development lifecycle with Dynamics 365, including on design, build and implementation

Working to Agile project management principles

Contributing to platform updates, ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained

Working with users to improve usability of Dynamics 365

Providing application support on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, carrying out root cause analysis

Working on the integration of Dynamics 365 with core business systems

Mentoring junior members of the Development team

The ideal candidate for the Dynamics 365 Developer will have the following skills and experience:

At least two years experience developing with Dynamics 365

Experience working in Agile environments

Excellent knowledge of how to deploy solutions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

Proven ability to configure within Dynamics 365

Automation experience

An understanding of M365 and its relationship with Dynamics 365

Excellent communication skills with the ability to support end users
