Labcorp Drug Development is a global, world-leading Life Sciences Contract Research Organisation that provides dedicated and fully comprehensive laboratory testing and drug development services to the pharmaceutical, crop protection and chemical industries. At our site in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we are looking to recruit a Supervisor to join our expanding Genetic Toxicology team.
As a Supervisor at Labcorp you will be responsible for a team of techniciansundertaking specific tasks in support of Genetic Toxicology studies along with carrying out technician duties.
Providing supervisory and operational support necessary for the preparation, conduct or reporting of studies carried out within Genetic Toxicology
Accountability for overall accuracy, soundness, quality, timeliness and completeness of all work performed in the area of responsibility
overall responsibility for training and supervision of all operational/scientific/support staff
Responsibility for study data, raw data and/or reporting quality, to include equipment metrology and functionality (where applicable)

Degree in a relevant scientific field preferred. Supervisory experience within a laboratory, preferably working to regulatory standards such as GLP
Previous experience of staff management including development and training
Genetic Toxicology knowledge and/or experience is advantageous
Aseptic techniques desirable with in vitro mammalian cell assay, Ames or genetic in vivo experience advantageous along with dispensary experience
