Location: London/Manchester, UK(Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with expertise in HashiCorp's container hosting platform, including Nomad, Consul, and Vault. The role involves building, managing, and optimizing infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and efficient application deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage container orchestration platforms using HashiCorp Nomad.

• Implement and configure Consul for service discovery and secure connectivity across services.

• Utilize Vault to ensure robust secrets management and data protection.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring processes.

• Collaborate with development teams to design CI/CD pipelines that integrate seamlessly with the platform.

• Monitor system performance, optimize resource utilization, and ensure high availability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in staging and production environments.

• Maintain and document infrastructure workflows and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Nomad, Consul, and Vault.

• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems administration.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
