As a Support Worker at Summergil, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our young people, supporting their daily activities, educational needs, and personal development. You will work closely with a magnificent team including teachers, therapists and other support workers to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Provide personalised care to each person in their daily activities, including personal care, learning and social interactions.
Foster a safe and positive environment, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of each person.
Implement individualised care plans, under the guidance of an incredibly supportive senior team.
Support our young people during recreational activities, outings and community integration.
Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our young people, celebrating their achievements and milestones. This job role involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.

We are simply looking for people who care, and have:

Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts.
A Driving license is preferable and access to own transport would be advantageous.
