Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Wellingborough
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday- Friday 7am- 3:30pm
Candidate will be expected to work one Saturday a month 6am-11pm inclusive of salary.
The RoleTo ensure that all aspects of building/plant maintenance within Bushboard Ltd.'s premises and any other duties as requested by your Manager are undertaken in a safe and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- You will be required to liaise with sub-contractors/machinery manufacturers for upkeep/installation relating to any works required.
- To work as part of the maintenance team to fulfill the maintenance requirements of the Company.
- To prioritize and ensure Health & Safety works for ongoing compliance of the Company's Health & Safety Policy is maintained.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Maintain a safe and productive working area.
- Other duties as the role develops.
Candidates should be time served apprentices and have a minimum NVQ level 3 in engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar role. Multiskilled engineering experience (electrical, mechanical). Electrical Knowledge ideally 18th Edition PLC Knowledge Inverter Drive Knowledge 60% work is mechanical so an understanding of Hydraulics/Pneumatics.
