Our client is a nationally recognised, top player within the property industry, and we are looking for their next Senior Sales Negotiator . This role is based in the heart of Swanley , offering the opportunity to thrive in a growing market, with its excellent transport links to London, a mix of suburban and rural properties, and a strong sense of community.

Build strong relationships with homeowners, offering expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the valuation and sales process.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, local property values, and competitor activity to provide insightful advice and strategies.
Sales Progression: Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers through to sales conclusion, referral of Mortgage Business and other related services.
A proven track record in residential property sales and valuations, with a deep understanding of the local market.
Hold a full UK driving licence & have access to a vehicle
Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company
Market leading training and ongoing professional development
