One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week, across a prestigious law firm (commercial office) based in Central London.

* You will be overseeing 2 multi-skilled engineers, managing subcontractors, issuing permits to work, risk assessments, managing logbooks, monitoring and driving team performance, dealing with any queries or issues from your direct report and managing holiday, cover etc.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, you will be working with a range of M&E appliances across the site including emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, filter changes on AHU’s, basic plumbing and other general maintenance repairs and checks.

The ideal candidate will hold electrical or mechanical qualifications, with experience working in building services.
