£We’re currently growing our award-winning team at Amoria Group and are seeking ambitious, driven individuals to join us as a180 Recruitment Consultant

In this role, you’ll focus exclusively on candidate delivery, talent sourcing, and relationship management working with established, high-value clients. Your focus will be to deliver exceptional talent, support them throughout the entire process and deliver best service at every stage.

Manage the end-to-end candidate process from outreach to offer and placement.
Work closely with Business Development Consultants who handle client partnerships.
Build long-term relationships and become a specialist within your niche market.
Write and post engaging job adverts and use LinkedIn/social media to attract top talent.

No previous recruitment experience required full training provided
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
