CRO Analyst. Join our client, a leading player in the pet health services and insurance industry, as they aim to secure the coveted position of the UK's #1 Pet Insurer. What You Can Expect Location – Borehamwood (Hybrid – 2 days in the office per week) Work type – Permanent Main Responsibilities of a CRO Analyst Analysing website performance, user behaviour and conversion funnels using analytical tools. Identifying areas of optimisation in the conversion funnel and user journey through user research and data analysis. Working with cross-functional teams to implement CRO initiatives in line with the conversion goals. Tracking website traffics, user behaviour and campaign performance using google analytics. Developing customised dashboards that monitor performance and KPI’s. Identifying target audiences and tailoring marketing strategies using segmentation analysis. Analysing A/B tests and reporting on the results to senior stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills Experience in a CRO or Web Analyst role. Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager. Strong understanding of SEO and PPC. Experience with SQL or Python would be desirable.
