Embedded Software Engineer

Are you an Embedded Software Engineer - C/C++ looking to work for a company that makes products that save lives. My client's office is based in Rochester, Kent, commutable from Gravesend, Dartford, Bexleyheath, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Ashford, and Sevenoaks and offers flexible/hybrid working.
In this job you will design and develop application software and embedded firmware in C and C++ for future products and assist with the support and enhancement of my clients existing product portfolio.
In this Embedded Software Engineer - C/C++ job based in Rochester, Kent you will be responsible for:
Development of embedded software in C and C++
Develop and test both PC/Mobile panel software and embedded firmware
To apply for this Embedded Software Engineer - C/C++ job based in Rochester, Kent you must have a combination of the following skills:
Proficient in C and C++
Strong understanding of embedded Linux systems development using community tools.
Full software development life cycle experience.
Experience with EN54 Fire Detection and fire alarm system standards
Experience in the Fire Detection industry is desirable
