The Senior Project Manager will project manage activity within the overall Care Strategy programme of work. Youll lead the project team (comprising of workstream leads across several areas of the business) to support delivery of the project outcomes, as well as working closely with the programme manager, sponsor and key stakeholders to support and drive delivery.
Youll have experience in leading an effective project matrix team and supervising outputs, working across multiple workstreams to deliver outcomes. You will have significant project management experience and be confident in using various project tools and documentation, including reporting, planning, budget management and risk and issue identification and management.
Youll be comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to establish and build relationships quickly and support successful stakeholder management. The Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) is an independent social change organisation working to solve UK poverty. The Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT) is a registered housing association and care provider in Yorkshire and the North East.
