We are seeking an engaging and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join Data Clarity. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our SaaS products.

We are a worldwide software and data services provider with a portfolio of award-winning products ranging from unique aviation inflight retail software, to business intelligence software, to powerful omnichannel retail solutions and mobile apps.

At Data Clarity, marketing is about understanding data’s place in adding value to global businesses. Building awareness about how our products and services will satisfy the problems of organisations across a range of industries, including retail, aviation and leisure. We are looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Manager who is hungry to do this and more.

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who excels in leveraging digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and nurture potential customers through the sales funnel. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong background in SEO, PPC, social media management, Google Analytics, website optimisation, and digital campaign execution.

In this role, you'll lead the digital side of our marketing team to develop and implement cutting-edge digital marketing initiatives that align with our brand's goals, whilst working alongside our Brand Manager who leads the creative and content side of our team to collaborate on projects and ensure strategy alignment. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing day-to-day marketing activities while also crafting long-term strategies to ensure sustained growth.

Your expertise in event planning will be crucial as you conceptualise and execute events that complement our digital campaigns, fostering meaningful engagement with our target audience.

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing & event strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Digital Marketing: Agree budgets with executive team to drive digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising. Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Event Marketing: Implement lead generation strategies to increase the volume and quality of leads. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with the sales funnel and lead conversion goals.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Performance Management of Marketing team: Hiring, motivating and managing the performance of your marketing team members.

Proven results as a SaaS Digital Marketing Manager, Demand Generation or Product Marketing Manager role working at a management level.
• Event management experience with planning, execution and business outcomes with Tier 1 clients and trade shows.
• Experienced in lead generation across content, social, ad serving tools, PR, and events organisation.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Salary Range: £35-45k - based on experience.

25 Days Holiday per Annum, plus Bank Holidays
