Yourstaff Solutions are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 store delivery drivers for our client based in Bedford, either fulltime on-going or part-time.

The Work

  • Pre journey vehicle checks.
  • Complete vehicle check sheets, reporting all damage or defects prior to leaving site.
  • 2-4 store deliveries per day with the use of a pump truck.
  • Uplift and return cages and pallets from the previous delivery.
  • Complete all paperwork/delivery notes and return to the transport admin clerk
Requirements
  • You must have a minimum 6 months C1 experience
  • No more than 9 penalty points, IN,DD,DR.TT codes are not accepted due to insurance clauses.
  • UK Driving licence, UK Driver qualification card and valid UK CPC card
  • A good understanding of driver rules, regulations and WTD.
  • Be physically fit and able to pull pallets and cages from the vehicle to the store warehouse.
  • You must be, professional, courteous, reliable and punctual.
  • Your own PPE.

Friday - Monday

  • 0800-1500 Start times

£19.50 Monday - Friday

£22.25 Saturday & Sunday
