Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM, with an early finish at 12:30 PM on Fridays

As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the highest standards of paint application on components. Meeting production targets consistently
Efficiently loading/unloading components
Knowledge of first-off inspection proceduresEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Spraying skills are required, with training provided as necessary; Adhering strictly to production, safety, and quality procedures
Experience in aerospace/automotive paint spraying with knowledge of paint application procedures
Previous experience in a similar role within the aerospace or automotive industry
Knowledge of additional coating technologies and applicationsTechnologies:

Training will be provided as necessary in the organisation's specific coating technologies and application systems.
