Customer Service Administrator

Our client is a well-established company who provide a fast and reliable repair and maintenance service supporting their client base nationwide. We are supporting them with their recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly team.
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
Process quotations, invoices and update a database.
Liaise with customers, sub-contractors, manufacturers via phone and e-mail.
Support the customer service team.
The successfully appointed Customer Service Administrator will have:
A background in customer service and or administration.
The ability to use a CRM system as well as Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Administrator, Customer Service Assistant.
