My client are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experience Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4+ years of PQE. This role is integral to the Private Client team, the firm's largest department, known for delivering high-quality support in areas such as Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Tax Planning. You'll bring solid expertise in Private Client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Elderly Client issues, contributing to the firm's outstanding reputation in this space.
Led by a renowned Partner and supported by a close-knit team including experienced consultants and paralegals, the Private Client team is collaborative, supportive, and committed to growth. With a blend of traditional values and modern practices, this firm offers a unique working environment where each solicitor has a private office, fostering focus and client confidentiality. Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney, handle Inheritance Tax planning, and manage all aspects of the administration of estates.
