Responsibilities
Assess and prioritise patient needs, create personalised care plans, and implement effective interventions in the emergency setting.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide emotional support to patients and their families during critical situations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes in high-pressure scenarios.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with established protocols.
Candidates wishing to be considered for this position must:
Have 6 months of hospital experience in a UK-based A&E setting.
Be effective working in a fast-paced, dynamic team.
Possess a compassionate nature with a genuine interest in emergency nursing.
Possess a PVG clearance (I can apply for this for you)
Experience working as a Band 6 nurse, showcasing leadership skills and the ability to handle complex cases.
Be willing to support the department with full-time hours, contributing to the efficient operation of the department.
