Role: Telesales Executive
My client is seeking an experienced, dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join their team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a track record of meeting sales targets.
Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Update and maintain customer information in the company`s database.
Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance
Have experience of closing sales over the phone
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
